House and Senate Resolution Readings
On Thursday, April 9th the Rhode Island House and Senate legislatures will be passing the annual Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day resolutions.
The House resolution will be sponsored and read by Rep. Katherine Kazarian. The Senate resolution will be sponsored and read by Sen. David Tikoian.
We will start with the reading of the Senate resolution in the Senate gallery, and attendees will then be escorted into the House gallery for the House resolution. Following the resolution readings, we will take a picture with all attendees in the rotunda.
To reach the gallery on the 3rd floor, enter the building and use the elevators to the right. Then, walk left towards the stairs to the Senate gallery.
Please aim to arrive by 3:45 PM to park and arrive at the Senate gallery in time.
