Armenia stands at a pivotal juncture following the August 8 Washington Accords, the launch of the TRIPP framework and the signing of landmark U.S.–Armenia MOUs on nuclear energy cooperation and semiconductor development. At the same time, negotiations with Azerbaijan continue amid regional uncertainty, Russian hybrid pressure and the prospect of parliamentary elections vulnerable to external interference.
The panelists will examine Armenia’s evolving security architecture, the strategic thinking behind deepening U.S. engagement, and the technological and energy dimensions of state resilience. The discussion will explore whether Armenia’s recalibration represents tactical hedging or a structural geopolitical shift, and what this means for regional stability in the South Caucasus.
